Applying to College

Applying to college takes several steps.  Once you submit an application, you need to do several things.

  • Add the college(s) to your list within Schoolinks.
  • Speak with your teachers about any recommendations, should they be necessary.
  • Make sure you meet our transcript/application deadlines. 

Due to the large number of applications that we process at EHS, we ask that you be considerate when completing applications and requesting transcripts to be sent. 

Please get your requests to us AT LEAST TEN DAYS prior to the college application deadline.   Keep in mind that this also includes any teacher recommendation forms.  Tell your teacher to also meet this deadline, which means you must ask for their recommendation several weeks prior.
